Long enough for a sleepy person to register the time and then have it turn off so they can drift back to sleep without being disturbed. The colour of light that illuminates the clock will change every hour on the hour, there are twelve different hues that the clock will cycle through. The Aurora Touch is powered by 4x AAA Batteries and does not require a mains power source so it is perfect for taking travelling with you.
