Waterproof Emergency Torch
The Emergency Torch is designed with a shock-proof and water-resistant casing, is virtually indestructible and floats on water. The ultra-bright and unbreakable LEDs give out a beam of light which is clearly visible over 1 mile away, and they'll last 100 times longer than a normal bulb. A development from the 'Faraday Torch' whereby the action of shaking the torch passes a powerful magnet through a copper coil to generate current. Just 30 seconds of shaking produces over 3 minutes of light. Not only is it self-powered, but it has battery back-up as well, so it will light up under all conditions and is perfect in a black out. The dual-switch operation allows induction power (position A on the switch) to fire up one of the LEDs, and position B, which utilises the back-up batteries, powers the double LEDs.
