Parradine 525s

New for the year 2000 is the 525s Roadster from specialist company Parradine.

It is powered by a 4.6 litre supercharged and intercooled V8, 32-valve quad cam power plant which generates 525 bhp. The engine powers the rear wheels and is mated to a six-speed manual gearbox. Performance is impressive, with an estimated 0-60 time of 3.8 seconds and a top speed of 204 mph.

The muscular compostie body of the vehicle shrouds a torque tube space frame chassis designed to be stiff enough fro race use. However, the interior of the 525s features creature comforts such as might be found in any prestige vehicle, including supple leather upholstery, deep Wilton carpeting and air conditioning. Other technological feture incorporated within the cockpit including rear vision monitors linked to miniature cameras discretely housed each side of the car.
