Guigaro Design Be Up

Although it may look like a golf buggy with ideas above it's station, this, the Guigaro Design Be-Up is a fully-functioning automobile and is already on sale in France, and in the UK from Spring 2001. Powered as it is by a 505cc twin cylinder, 4 stroke petrol engine with an output of a not-so-incredible 21 hp, Guigaro describe the Be Up as "halfway between a car and a scooter."

The Be Up seats 2 people and can be driven in complete safety thanks to its aluminium frame chassis and roll bars. It can be driven on a motorcylce license from the age of 17.
